Reply:Brush with baking soda. Rinse with peroxide!!
Reply:I am using kit with the blue light, the one you see on tv comercials alot and it works like a charm. First time I used it, I didn%26#039;t expect much since things always take their time. But I must say when the time was up I was very very shocked, my teeth came out perly white never expected a result like this. You can experience some spoting on your teeth right after which goes away after several minutes. No harm. I got mine at Walgreens for $14.99

Would buy it again any day................. Also the Luminous toothpaste from Colgate works really well use that as well I am a heavy coffee drinker and smoke too and it works very good on those heavy stains noticed a big difference within about a little over a week and it also strenghtens your enamel
Reply:I dont know about those home kits, but i do know about proffessional bleaching. Your local dentist probably does it!good luck!
Reply:The main thing that contributes to the effectiveness of bleaching is how well the bleach can contact the tooth. The better it can stay on the tooth, the better it will bleach. That%26#039;s why custom trays from your dentist work the best. The trays are made to fit your mouth specifically, and hold the bleach right up to your teeth. Whitestrips and other similar products work ok, but if you want the best results, see your dentist about getting custom trays made, which come with some bleach.
