Teeth????????????????????
Most permanent front teeth look like that when they grow in, but eventually they smooth out to some degree. You don%26#039;t say how old you are, so I can%26#039;t judge if yours should have by now. Also, when people get braces or other major dental work done, the orthodontist often evens out the teeth. Your dentist should be able to do it if it really bothers you that much.
Reply:Those bumps on the biting surface of your front teeth are called %26quot;mamelons%26quot; and the purpose of them is to help your teeth push through the gums when they are erupting when you%26#039;re a kid. Usually they smooth out as you get older and use them, but sometimes they don%26#039;t. It%26#039;s not a big deal, just ask your orthodontist to smooth them out. He just takes a fine diamond bur and files them. It doesn%26#039;t hurt, and your teeth will be fine. I had it done when I got my braces off.
